What does UPS CC mean? ›

A UPS Customer Center is a UPS-owned and staffed shipping location equipped to assist you with any UPS international, air or ground package shipment. Most UPS Customer Centers are located on-site at UPS-operated facilities nationwide, and they are more frequently found in metropolitan areas.

Why can't I submit my claim on UPS.com? The shipper of your package has a restriction on the account, which doesn't allow recipients or third parties to begin the claim process (Amazon, Dell, Apple). Contact the shipper who requested that you submit your claim for further assistance.
